The Disney Afternoon originally ran from September 10, 1990, to August 29, 1997. The Disney Afternoon itself featured unique animated segments consisting of its opening and "wrappers" around the cartoon shows. Disney Channel reaired four shows ( Darkwing Duck, TaleSpin, DuckTales, and Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers) on "Block Party," a two-hour block that aired on weekdays in the late afternoon/early evening.
